چکیده
In this paper, we present a theoretical study on the maximum specific loss power in admissible biological limit (PsM)l for CoFe2O4 ferrimagnetic nanoparticles, as possible candidate alternative and non-invasive cancer therapy by superparamagnetic hyperthermia. The heating time of nanoparticles (?to) at optimum temperature approx. 43 °C efficient destruction tumor cells short period time, was also studied. We found PsM (as result superparamegnetic relaxation nanoparticles) very small diameters (Do), situated range 5.88–6.67 nm, with frequencies (fl) wide values 83–1000 kHz, respectively. Additionally, optimal (To) obtained magnetic field H, 5–60 kA/m, corresponding times were intervals ~0.3–44 s, depending volume packing fraction (?) nanoparticles. results, well amplitude H frequency f external alternating which hyperthermia can be obtained, are great practical benefits case hyperthermia, demonstrate that successfully used superaparamagnetic addition, size (only few nm) will lead to two major via namely: (i) possibility intracellular is much more effective due ability destroy from within (ii) reduced cell toxicity.

Construction of recombinant yeast expressing EpEX as a suitable candidate in cancer diagnosis and therapy
Introduction: Epithelial cell adhesion molecule (EpCAM) is a membrane glycoprotein that is overexpressed on the majority of tumor cells of epithelial origin and thereby can be used as a target of immunodetection and immunotherapy of cancer. So, it is important to produce this protein in its native form. Interestingly, during the last two decades, the yeast Pichia pastoris (P. pastoris) has beco...
متن کاملTheoretical Study of Indirect Heating Temperature Swing Adsorption in an Adsorbent Coated Finned Tube Heat Exchanger
In this study, the performance of an adsorbent coated finned tube exchanger for carbon capture was investigated numerically. The results showed that this structure has a great potential for being applied as a medium for CO2 capture by rapid indirect thermal swing adsorption. By using this structure, the recovery of 96%, and purity of 98% were achieved with a simple cycle consisting of two steps...

Effect of temperature as well as heating and cooling cycles on rock properties
Temperature has a significant role in many actions performed on rocks. An example would be the effect of temperature on rocks in the burial of nuclear waste, geothermal energy extraction, deep oil well drilling, and fires in tunnels. In addition, due to diurnal/nocturnal as well as seasonal temperature variations, rocks undergo a process of heating and cooling. In the present work, the effect o...
